    The intake specialist's role includes connecting with potential clients, explaining our scope of services and what makes us unique, and ideally securing retainer agreements without the need for attorney involvement. The ideal candidate will have examples of "one-touch legal sales" in law firms. Please include these examples in your cover letter or resume! This is not an entry-level position! The ideal candidate possesses experience in sales, skilled in CRM and Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel proficiency. Experience working in matrimonial law is a major plus. Responsibilities: • Client Engagement: Proactively identify and connect with potential clients, understanding their needs and demonstrating how our services can support them effectively • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood from the first interaction • Ensure real-time updates to the Customer Relationship Management (CMS) system • Collaborative Sales Strategy: Work closely with our legal team to grasp the full scope of our services, enabling you to communicate our value proposition compellingly to prospective clients • Conduct initial and ongoing sales training for the team • Manage the Sales Team, which includes goals, production, capacity, best practices, metrics, intake and sales reporting, daily and weekly meetings, KPIs, etc. • Detailed documentation of the client's journey • Client Retention and Satisfaction: Employ retention strategies to maintain high levels of client satisfaction, including regular follow-ups and exploring opportunities for additional services that could benefit the client • Feedback Loop: Solicit and analyze client feedback to continuously refine our service offerings and client communication strategies Please note: While you will track case progress and client satisfaction, you will not provide legal advice or be involved in the legal aspects of case management Qualifications: • Proven experience in "one-touch legal sales" within law firms; please include specific examples in your cover letter or resume. • This is not an entry-level position; substantial sales experience is required. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with a diverse client base • Effective organizational abilities, with the skill to juggle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency, customer relationship management software (CRM) • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree; Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred • Background in the legal industry is strongly preferred Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 + incentive compensation package
