Benefits: • Competitive Pay (commensurate with experience) • Bonus Opportunities • Comprehensive health insurance coverage • Generous paid time off and holidays • 401(k) • Opportunities for professional development within the firm Responsibilities: • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases • Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload • Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency • Greet clients and visitors warmly, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere • Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information or direct inquiries as needed • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings • Conduct client intake interviews, ensuring thorough documentation of client information • Assist in managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails • Collaborate with the team to support client matters and provide administrative assistance Qualifications: • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired • Customer service or sales experience a plus • Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy • Previous legal experience highly valued • High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice intake experience preferred. • Experience with Lead Docket and/or Filevine is a plus. Will train. • Bi-lingual English/Spanish verbal and written communication skills a plus. • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in lieu will be considered. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail, are a must. • Tech savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software quickly. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail, are a must. Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
