A prestigious Trust & Probate litigation firm is seeking a highly organized Legal Intake Specialist to work closely with attorneys in onboarding clients. This role is fully remote, but candidates must reside in Southern California.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Answering inbound phone calls and placing outbound calls with stellar customer service, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Performing unbiased screening on all inbound phone calls from potential clients
- Assessing and determining the viability of inbound phone calls during the client intake screening process
- Obtain evidence and documentation from the client at the time of the initial in-person interview
- Organize case files and work closely with attorneys to bring in cases
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years experience with legal intake
- Reside in Southern California
- Experience in a litigation firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization
