    Our law office is growing fast and we’re searching for a full-time legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. Responsibilities: • Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard • Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team • Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyze their case fit, and make sure they feel seen and heard • Conduct consultation appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria • Supervise "maybe" clients and conduct multiple checkups with the potential client before closing their account • Supervise retainers sent to "yes" clients, as well as original information and document procurement needed during onboarding • Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel • Strong computer and data entry skills • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired • Fluent in English and Spanish Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
