  • Responsibilities

    The Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for handling inbound inquiries, answering phones, and guiding potential clients through the process of retaining our law firm. The primary goal of this position is to effectively communicate the value of our legal services with a view to converting the caller into a retained client. Responsibilities: • Client Interaction: Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from potential clients in a timely and professional manner. • Sales: Assess the needs of potential clients, explain our legal services, and persuasively communicate the benefits of choosing our firm for their estate planning and probate needs. • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule consultations with attorneys and ensure that potential clients are connected with the appropriate legal professionals. • Data Entry: Accurately record and maintain client information in our case management system. • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to potential clients to ensure they have the necessary information. • Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure a seamless client intake process. Qualifications: • Sales Experience: Proven background in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional service. • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Legal Background (Preferred): Experience in the legal field, particularly in estate planning and probate law, is highly desirable. • Licensed Attorney (Bonus): Being a licensed attorney is a significant advantage but not a requirement. Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 yearly
