LegalOn Technologies is a global leader in generative AI-based solutions for contract review. We're looking to hire legal interns to work on legal content, legal operations, and other important projects. Ideal applicants are second and third-year law students with a strong attention to detail and a passion for contracts and technology. Applicants need not have a background in computer science, but programming experience would be an asset.
We provide our interns with unparalleled opportunities to gain experience working at a cutting-edge tech start-up and to learn practical legal skills that aren't taught in law school. Among other things, our experienced attorneys can teach you to efficiently redline contracts, successfully negotiate contracts from a position of weakness, and use AI as a productivity multiplier. Interns will also have the opportunity to collaborate with legal counsel working for our parent company in Tokyo, Japan.
This position is fully remote and flexible as to work hours. Interns will not receive course credit, but will be paid $20 per hour and are expected to devote ten or more hours per week for a period of at least three months. While high performing interns may be considered for a permanent position within the legal team upon completion of the internship, LegalOn makes no guarantees of employment.
LegalOn encourages all interested students to apply, but preference will be given to candidates residing in the Pacific and Mountain time zones.
