Responsibilities: • Assist our vendors and partners in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including branding, press releases, events, digital marketing, both paid and organic, community, and public relations. • Work with our vendors to improve SEO and Google Ads/Analytics in order to improve ROI and generate client leads and sign-ups. • Assist in the creation of marketing materials with graphic design software as well as photography and videography, to drive consideration and conversion while setting and maintaining the company’s brand standards. • Identify marketing opportunities that develop brand awareness, improve lead generation, drive engagement, increase community engagement, and lead execution of these initiatives. • Work closely with others in marketing efforts for the firm and communicate with third parties involved in marketing for the firm. • Coordinate all activities related to social media initiatives, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, engagement, and moderation to support audience growth and drive traffic. • Monitor media schedules. Monitor industry news and trends daily to strategize content placement and seek to incorporate new techniques in the overall digital plan. • Design, launch, and analyze email campaigns with a heavy emphasis on client segmentation strategy. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or relevant field (preferred). • Experience in B2C social media, Google Ads/Analytics, email campaigns, paid web campaigns, and SEO/SEM: 1 year (required). • Learn CRM/CMS platforms. • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. • Ability to compile, review, classify, prioritize, analyze, and present data effectively. • Proficient in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc). • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000
