Job Description

We have several clients ranging from Am Law ranked law firms to boutique litigation firms looking for highly skilled litigators in California to work on a hybrid or fully remote basis. Experience in complex civil litigation, including toxic torts, construction defect, product liability, and catastrophic injury cases is highly desired.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• JD from an accredited law school
• California Bar Licensure
• 3+ years of defense litigation experience
• Superior analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:

• Toxic Tort, product liability, and catastrophic injury defense litigation experience
• 1st or 2nd chair trial experience
• Legal project management experience

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Taking a leading role in a dynamic and growing litigation team
• Independently managing a caseload, and working these cases from beginning to end
• Working closely with other associates and partners on legal projects
• Communicating directly with clients and providing status reports
• Regularly handling court appearances and depositions
