Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee daily office operations, including coordinating schedules, managing supplies, and ensuring a productive and efficient work environment • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations and promote a positive workplace culture • Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and ensure timely and appropriate responses • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff members • Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information, including employee records, financial data, and client information, while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or related field • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation: $60,000+ yearly depending on ability
