Responsibilities: • Create marketing initiatives and plan, implement, and speak at various events and webinars, to further build up the credibility of the law firm to the community • Lead recruiting, hiring, motivating, training, and developing senior attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to help build a stronger legal team • Maintain and develop your own client caseload (particularly handling complex cases) to continue your practice as an attorney • Manage law office operations including establishing the structure of the law firm, ensuring the team understands our values, and helping to make strategic business decisions to ensure we achieve our company goals • Be responsible for the financial strategy of the law firm by anticipating requirements and trends, monitoring the monthly budget, distributing funds across the company, and evaluating the results - making modifications when necessary Qualifications: • Five years of required experience as a attorney • Supervisory experience, as well as decision- making and public speaking experience are a must • Bachelor’s degree and a 3-year law degree from an accredited law school • Applicants must have stellar process improvement, relationship building, communication, and leadership skills to excel in this role • Superior proficiency in reviewing reports, budgets, and advanced computer skills Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 yearly
