We are looking for a Legal Receptionist to join our Towson office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact in the office, assisting clients in various stages of their case and working with all departments in the firm. Responsibilities: • Engage with both inbound and outbound callers to establish rapport and assess their legal needs. • Schedule client appointments with advisors, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated and clients are well-prepared for their consultations. • Provide clear, compassionate, and professional support to clients through phone, email, and text communication. • Ensure clients feel listened to, valued, and supported during their initial interaction with our firm. • Meet with clients in person to address any immediate needs and offer further assistance. • Collaborate closely with team members to guarantee a smooth transition from initial contact to advisor consultations. • Accurately maintain records of all client communications and appointment details in our system. • Support front office operations, including processing incoming/outgoing mail, organizing conference rooms and the lobby, and managing document scanning and saving. Qualifications: • A deep sense of empathy and a passion for helping individuals navigate difficult situations. • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering compassionate and supportive assistance. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust. • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. • Proficiency in handling communications across various channels (phone, email, text). • Strong organizational skills. • Keen attention to detail. • A team-oriented, collaborative approach with a strong client-centered focus. • Previous experience in reception, call center environments, customer service, or appointment scheduling is a plus. Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
