    Our Receptionist will be responsible for:

    Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for our organization, ensuring visitors and callers receive timely, professional, and welcoming interactions. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and providing quick, helpful assistance to clients, guests, and vendors.

    Front Desk Management: Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area, managing incoming calls, visitor check-in, mail sorting, and administrative support. Utilize office management systems to track visitor logs, manage incoming communications, and provide accurate information to guests and staff.

    Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple departments, including scheduling, message taking, and coordinating basic office communications. Work with team leaders to ensure smooth daily operations and professional communication.

    Qualified Candidates will have:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in reception or customer service roles.

    Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    Professional demeanor and ability to interact courteously with diverse individuals.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar office productivity tools.

    Experience with multi-line phone systems and scheduling software.

    Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

    High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
