Candidate will provide Strategy Sessions, where time is taken to truly understand the prospective client, build trust, confirm it's a right fit, provide actionable paths forward, and have the potential client sign up and retain. Responsibilities: • Lead Strategy Sessions: Use your communication and persuasion skills to connect with prospective clients through phone calls, Zoom, and in-person meetings. • Advise & Tailor Solutions: Help people navigate their legal challenges by breaking down complex issues into clear, actionable plans, ensuring they feel supported and empowered. • Collaborate & Coordinate Work with intake personnel, our Leadership Team, and our attorneys to streamline processes and elevate client experiences. • Own the Sales Process. Shift from advocating for clients in court to advocating for clients, convincing them that we are their trusted partner. • Develop and hone your skills by attending continuous education and mindset classes to boost individual • Job responsibilities: • New Client Acquisition: Each day, you will be responsible for a schedule of calls with 15~20 potential new clients. Each one has already been pre-qualified for you, so you will only be talking to people whom we can actually help. Your job is to understand their circumstances, demonstrate the value of our firm, answer all of their questions, and ultimately sign up clients so that we can provide them with the best defense possible. • Develop Deep Expertise: A big part of signing up new clients is education. You will develop a deep knowledge of not only landlord-tenant or litigation law, but also how we approach various types of cases. You should be able to answer any question with confidence and display expertise in the law. • Put Clients at Ease: When clients and prospective clients call us for help, they are often going through an emotionally difficult period in their lives, and our goal is to help them make their lives better. As you talk to them, you will put them at ease, give them hope, and, most importantly, the confidence that they are hiring the absolute best legal team possible. • Representing the Firm's Premium Brand: SalcinesLaw is a premium firm built around the message of "Zealous Advocacy". As a client's first touch point, you are one of the firm's primary spokespeople. It's of utmost importance that every person you talk to leaves the call thinking, "Wow, everyone at SalcinesLaw really cares". • Compensation: WE OFFER A COMPETITIVE SALARY PER YEAR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE, WITH BONUSES, MEDICAL, 401K, PAID TIME OFF, HOLIDAY PAY, 2 WEEK PAID VACATION, AND EXTRA BONUSES FOR LEADS BROUGHT TO THE FIRM. Qualifications: • Sales: 5 years (Required) Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000 yearly
