Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 annually + performance-based incentive structure + benefits per year Responsibilities: • Conduct consultations to present our range of legal services and identify client needs. • Facilitate seamless transitions for new cases to the legal team. • Follow up with prospective clients to address questions and concerns. • Track and manage leads, referrals, and new clients using CRM tools. • Build trust with clients by providing transparent, professional guidance.
