Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This high-level sales professional will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client consultations, and developing strong referral partnerships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in consultative sales, preferably within the legal, financial, or professional services industries. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Conduct high-quality consultations with potential clients to assess their estate planning needs and convert leads into clients. • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to increase client engagement and firm revenue. • Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors, CPAs, and other referral sources to generate consistent business opportunities. • Educate clients on estate planning solutions and provide guidance on the benefits of working with our firm. • Manage the sales pipeline, track key performance metrics, and report on sales performance. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in estate planning, financial services, or legal services. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. • Knowledge of estate planning or willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Compensation: $52,000 - $85,000 yearly
