Who You Are: • A natural salesperson with a proven track record in sales, business development, or client relations (experience in a law firm or professional services industry is a plus). • Empathetic and personable , able to connect with individuals going through emotional family law matters. • Results-driven with a competitive spirit and a strong ability to close deals. • Excellent communicator , both verbally and in writing. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience using CRM software to track leads and conversions. Compensation : $40,000 + Commission (Competitive, Based on Experience) Responsibilities: • Client Engagement & Sales: Handle inbound inquiries and conduct initial sales consultations to assess potential clients' needs. • Lead Conversion: Follow up with leads via phone, email, and other channels to convert inquiries into retained clients. • Relationship Building: Establish trust and rapport with potential clients by understanding their legal concerns and providing clear guidance on our services. • Consultation Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule consultations with attorneys while ensuring a seamless transition from sales to legal services. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, track sales metrics, and manage a pipeline of leads in the firm's CRM system. • Follow-Up & Retention: Keep in touch with potential clients who are undecided and nurture them through the decision-making process. Qualifications: • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Two years of previous sales experience • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in legal services, finance, insurance, or other professional services industries). • Bachelor’s degree preferred , but experience and skills matter more. • Familiarity with family law or legal services is a plus, but not required. • Strong technology skills , including CRM systems, email communication, and scheduling tools.
