    Our busy law firm is looking for an adaptable and dependable Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant to provide support to our firm's legal and admin teams. Responsibilities: • Assist the legal team with drafting and preparing routine correspondence • Coordinate meetings, depositions, and mediations between clients, attorneys, and experts as needed • Process case expenses • Process incoming and outgoing mail • Prepare and send new client documents • Assist with case opening and closing procedure • Process, OCR and save incoming medical records • Maintain firm and attorney calendars as needed • Compose legal notebooks as needed • Assist with the maintenance of case files • Maintain physical law library and physical case filing system • Assist with on-site vendor and facilities management • Maintain firm faxes and general mailbox • Translate calls as needed • Collaborate with the admin team to maintain firm calendar • Assist office manager, executive assistant, and CEO with admin projects as needed • Coordinate in-office meetings and prepare for and manage guest's needs Qualifications: • Comfortable working with all Microsoft Office products • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a personal injury law firm or office environment as an administrative assistant or secretary • Organizational and communication skills are necessary for this position • An Associate’s degree or some college is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times • Technologically proficient and eager to utilize new tools and applications • Bilingualism Required (English/Spanish) Compensation: $42,000-55,000 DOE
