What You’ll Do:
- Maintain corporate records and stock ledgers.
- Assist with securities filings, due diligence, and transaction documents.
- Support venture capital and M&A deal closings.
- Conduct research and obtain information from clients and government agencies.
- Manage deadlines and maintain accurate time records.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required; law firm experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
