Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Manage estate administration tasks, including probate filings, asset identification, and financial record maintenance.
- Coordinate deadlines and court filings.
- Interact with clients and financial institutions to gather necessary information.
- Assist in trust accountings and estate tax return preparations.
