We are seeking an experienced Client Service Specialist (CSS) to join our Client Services Team (CST). The CSS will provide vital legal administrative support to attorneys while using specialized knowledge to manage tasks and ensure excellent client service. This team-oriented role requires collaboration with attorneys and clients, providing seamless service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior client service by answering calls, managing attorney calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing legal documents.
- Process new business, manage deadlines, and collaborate with various teams to complete projects.
- Assist multiple attorneys, manage legal filings, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
- Compensation will vary based on experience, education, and location.

Work Expectations & Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, standard office hours (with occasional flexibility depending on case needs).
- On-site presence in the New Jersey/New York office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
Candidate Parameters:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in legal administrative support, preferably within a law firm or corporate department.
- Strong knowledge of New Jersey and New York Federal and State court filing systems and e-filing procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and high-speed keyboarding (60 wpm or higher).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
