    A leading national law firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join its team in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position supports both attorneys and staff by managing calendars, preparing legal documents, coordinating travel and meetings, handling client files, and assisting with billing and e-filing tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and communicates professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong typing accuracy (65+ WPM), and excellent administrative skills are required. Law firm experience is preferred but not mandatory.
