This firm is a full-service law firm, providing comprehensive legal services to a wide range of clients. The role is for an assistant to support the day-to-day activities within the firm's Litigation practice. The Legal Secretary will provide administrative support to attorneys, legal assistants, and other designated personnel, contributing to the efficient operation of the Litigation section. This role requires a focus on managing calendars, preparing documents, ensuring billing is accurate, and providing high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Prepare correspondence, memos, and documents. Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Billing & Time Management: Input attorney/paralegal billable time and assist with monthly billing, working closely with billing specialists.
- Court & Case Management: Manage case calendars, ensuring deadlines, court appearances, and filings are timely.
- Client Service: Communicate professionally with internal and external clients, answering inquiries and greeting clients.
- Additional Administrative Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with intake processes and training.

Candidate Qualifications
