    Baker Manock & Jensen, PC, a full -service AV-rated law firm in Fresno, CA, seeks a full-time Trusts and Estates Legal Secretary to support the firm's various business-related matters, with a particular focus on trusts and estates matters. This position is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your multi-tasking skills in a hands-on role working collaboratively with the firm's clients and employees.

    Essential Duties include (but are not limited to):

    • Managing attorneys' calendars, dockets and appointments;
    • Preparing and proofreading documents for attorney review, including correspondence, estate planning documents, and other legal proceedings;
    • Maintaining client files in accordance with Firm guidelines;
    • Professionally communicating with clients verbally and in writing.

    The desired candidate will possess these qualifications:

    • Team player;
    • Five years of legal secretarial experience in estate planning and/or probate matters;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    • Ability to multi-task with a high level of attention to detail;
    • Maintain strict confidentiality;
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
    • Notary Public Certification preferred

    Position offers a competitive salary between $24 - $34 per hour with generous employee benefits including Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan; Paid Sick Leave, and Paid Vacation.
