Responsibilities: • Collaborating with interviewers to accurately write declarations or personal statements. • Thoroughly reviewing interview answers to ensure accuracy in completed statements. • Ensuring the logical flow of all writing produced. • Writing final statements in both English and Spanish. • Attending feedback sessions and making revisions suggested by the legal team. • Support and assist in other tasks as necessary. Qualifications: • This position requires full-time on-site availability in Hermosillo, SON., MEX. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. • Experience in writing, editing, communication, translations, or similar. • Journalist/creative writer. • Ability to compose a factual narrative through descriptive writing. • Evidence of writing experience (samples of published work). • Critical reading and thinking skills; evaluate events, statements, and ideas. • Resilience and the ability to accept constructive feedback. • Review and editing experience. • Basic computer skills. • A growth mindset. Compensation: $19,000 monthly MXN
