Legal Team Coordinator Spanish Speaking Position Summary The Legal Team Coordinator plays a key role in overseeing case production workflows and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables. This role involves collaborating across teams, maintaining production schedules, and communicating progress updates internally. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with the Production Team and Operations for weekly planning. • Establish and track departmental milestones and weekly tasks. • Take meeting notes and ensure all action items are documented. • Manage and update task lists to ensure completion within deadlines. • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion. • Facilitate communication between departments using internal project management tools. • Collect relevant documents needed for case progression. • Proactively engage with team members to ensure timely updates, information sharing, and collaboration on projects. • Provide clients with timely updates regarding case status and required documents. • Communicate with contract attorneys regarding outstanding deliverables and enforce accountability. KPIs & Performance Metrics Objective KPIs: • 90%+ on-time task completion rate within weekly planning. • Accurate meeting notes documented within 24 hours of meetings. • Clear and timely updates to clients with a response rate within 24 hours. • Effective tracking of attorney deliverables with minimal overdue assignments. Subjective KPIs: • Strong accountability and follow-up with contract attorneys. • Effective team coordination and workflow management. • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with confidence. • Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication. Qualifications: Required Qualifications • 5+ Years prior experience in immigration and case production workflows. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Confident communication and assertiveness in dealing with attorneys and colleagues. • Experience in T Visa, VAWA and AOS case types. • Fluent in Spanish and English. • Skilled in team leadership or supervisory experience. • Bachelor’s degree. • Experience with case management software and collaboration tools. Compensation: $21 - $24 hourly
