Job Title: Legal Virtual Assistant

The Legal Virtual Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to attorneys and other legal professionals. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology.

$18 - $20 per hour*

Your Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Manage calendars and deadlines for attorneys and legal staff
Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
Prepare team spreadsheets and keep online records
Create presentations, as assigned
Address administrative queries
Administrative organization and electronic filing
Weekly meetings with team members
Communicate regularly with clients and complete work in a timely manner
Qualifications We Require:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a virtual legal administrative assistant
High school diploma or equivalent.
Paralegal certification or associate's degree in legal studies preferred.
Must be tech-savvy and highly proficient with Google Suite and video conferencing
Calendaring and email management experience for other people within Google Suites
Skills We Are Looking For:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experienced using the legal practice management system Clio
Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and email correspondence.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
