JOB SUMMARY:

This position assists members with Identity Theft and LegalShield memberships in the areas of billing, questions regarding their benefits, etc. Also assist members with more specific membership issues, including gathering information for memberships in a pending status in order to be processed, etc. Join our LegalShield team that values our employees and offers paid time off, paid holidays, profit share bonus and rich benefit package.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive incoming calls and assist members with Identity Theft and LegalShield memberships
• Receive incoming calls and assist on group and specialty lines
• Assist with specified issues such as filing reports
• Transfer callers to appropriate lines as necessary
• Communicate issues effectively and in a timely manner with management
• Other duties as assigned.
