With this ground-level INTEGRATOR/MASTER SEMI-TRAILER MECHANIC position, you will help BUILD and ESTABLISH the GREATEST TRAILER REPAIR COMPANY IN THE MIDWEST! We are looking for a SEASONED INDUSTRY MECHANIC that is looking to move into management. Hands-on mechanical work is a must! The perfect candidate needs to be a hard charger wanting to help change the current industry standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

● Day-to-day work on semi-trailers out of mobile Box Truck in Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area 

● WORK WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING REPAIRS: 

● FHWA/PM Inspections 

● Mobile Welding 

● Door hanging and repair 

● Onsite ABS diagnosis and repair 

● Onsite electrical diagnosis and repair 

● Tire repair and replacement 

● Brake system repair 

● Air system repair 

● Suspension Repair 

● Dolly's leg repair/replacement 

● Roof Repairs

QUALIFICATIONS 

● 3 years of verifiable semi-trailer repair experience 

● 3 years of welding and fabrication experience 

● Experience ordering parts 

● Personnel management experience 

● Willingness to train and guide new technicians 

● Firm but fair leader 

● Must enjoy life. No grumpy personnel allowed! 

● Teachable attitude specifically with inexperienced technicians 

● Ability to learn shop operating system utilizing a smartphone, tablet, email, and text 

COMPENSATION 

● Full-time 

● Hourly $30.00 - $40.00

● Insurance 

● Paid Vacation
