Job Description We are a Bakery that has been around for more than 50 years. We are looking for hard working people that are not afraid to wake up early and can work hard and efficient. Also, enjoy working in a team environment where we all pull together to make our legendary square donuts along with our other products. This is a Fryer and Decorator Position. We will train you in both areas so you can be scheduled where needed. The shifts are from 3:30 am-10 am and you will work anywhere from 3-5 days a week. We are open Monday-Saturday. The position starts between $14-$16 depending on experience. Once you are fully trained and familiar with how we run things at the bakery and our procedures, we will do a review and a raise. Typically, after 90 days. Responsibilities Tasks include, but are not limited to: ----Fryers --Set fryer station up in mornings (3:30 am start time) --Fry all product, coordinate with lead decorator on which products and in what order --Coordinate with bakers on flow of fresh product to be fried --If needed, help decorators and give other support as needed --Clean, in detail, fry area once frying is done for the day --Finish all cleaning lists at end of the day --Communicate with Back-of-the-House Manager regarding any issues with equipment, product, production, ideas and general concerns ----Decorators -Produce consistent and quality products to ensure customer satisfaction -Follow donut decorating picture booklet to ensure quality and consistency -Communicate with Fryers to ensure proper numbers are glazed and for specialty items -Communicate with Bakers to maintain appropriate levels of all frostings and product fillings -Maintain clean and clutter free decorating workstations by following all cleaning lists (daily, weekly, monthly) -Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or manager Qualifications Qualifications - preferred --High School Diploma or equivalent --Minimum of 1 year experience in food service industry --Food Handler's Permit --Team oriented --Do-Anything attitude
