HOME BASED JOB - YOU MUST LIVE IN THE DALLAS FORT WORTH AREA A reputable company near Plano, TX is looking for a Customer Service Representative who works well in a fast-paced environment. This individual will need to have excellent communication and be highly organized. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computer skills.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• General Office (phone, fax, email, and filing)
• Inbound and outbound Customer Support calls
• Problem-solving communicates with customers in person as well via phone or email
• Scheduling appointments for service calls

PAY: $16 per hour

SCHEDULE: 5 days a week

STATUS: Temp-to-Hire

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-year customer service and/or call center (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems
• Multi-tasking
• Sales experience (preferred)
• Prior experience in a high-volume call center preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 per hour
