    Description
    We’re looking for a detail-focused and proactive Lending Compliance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll help ensure our lending practices align with all the necessary laws and regulations. You’ll work closely with various teams, diving into policies, procedures, and operations to make sure everything runs smoothly and stays compliant. Key tasks include analyzing regulatory changes, managing compliance testing (like HMDA and CRA), and supporting risk management efforts.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Keeping up with new and changing laws and figuring out how they impact our lending processes.
    • Helping create and refine policies to stay on top of compliance requirements.
    • Identifying risk areas and working with teams to address them, offering practical solutions to minimize risk.
    • Managing compliance training by assigning courses and making sure team members are learning what they need for their roles.
    • Overseeing and organizing important documents, like Charters, Policies, and Risk Assessments, to ensure they’re up-to-date and meet our standards.
    • Reviewing advertising and marketing materials to confirm they meet regulatory standards before they go live.
    • Acting as a point of contact for auditors and examiners during compliance reviews.
    • Creating reports for leadership that break down regulatory updates and how they affect us.
    • Supporting our CRA program to ensure it meets expectations and runs smoothly.
    • Jumping in to help with other compliance-related tasks as needed.

    What We’re Looking For

    • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience/training).
    • 3-5 years of banking experience, especially in compliance reviews, regulatory exams, or audit work.
    • Bonus points if you have a CRCM certification, past work with a banking regulator, or have completed ABA Compliance School(s).
