What You’ll Be Doing

· Conduct in-depth analysis of potential borrower financial information to determine loan eligibility

· Present analysis and recommendation regarding potential borrowers to lenders for initial interest/pre-approval

· Maintain superior level of customer service, while ensuring timely and accurate communication among various parties

Knowledge & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Finance, or compensating experience

· Knowledge of commercial credit policies and procedures, credit/financial statement analysis, loan structuring, and cash flow analysis.

· Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis and interpretation, and tax return analysis.

· Strong oral and written communication skills in a lending environment

· Demonstrated effective customer service skills

· Strong professional and business writing skills

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Experience with Salesforce is a plus

· Prefer 2+ years of lending sales, processing, or underwriting experience in SBA lending or a related field.

· Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes
