Job Description
Our team members help our customers complete their online loan application and verify documents that are necessary for the loan process. Responding to emails and phone calls are a big portion of your day. Walking customers through the loan application process, answer questions, and provide additional information to help aid the customer on their journey. Other times you will be reviewing documents for accuracy and misinformation.
This position is in the office with some work from home flexibility after 90 days of training. We are looking for associates to go above in beyond for our customers whether it be over the phone/email or in our chat functions. This is a fast paced position with lots of incentives for being part of our team.
