POSITION SUMMARY
THE TITLE SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE is an outside sales expert who generates new real estate title/escrow business in an assigned territory through contact with realtors, lenders, builders, attorneys, buyers/sellers, and other parties. In addition to sales, this role also provides support to existing clients and manages a book of business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Achieve sales goals by employing results-focused business development practices.
· Establish positive and proactive relationships with clients.
· Promptly submit complete and correct title orders
· Keep accurate records of sales presentations, cold calls, and other appointments.
· Deliver effective sales presentations to individuals or groups.
· Attend trade shows, conventions, seminars, and other real estate events.
· Maintain knowledge of the real estate title/escrow industry.
· Stay in tune with customer and competitor activities.
· Solution oriented personality, with the ability to develop your own marketing strategy through social media, phone calls, and email.
· Demonstrated track record in a title sale environment.
QUALIFICATIONS The ideal TITLE SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE will possess the following qualifications; however, experienced realtors, mortgage brokers and escrow officers are encouraged to apply.
· College degree in a business field is preferred.
· 5 years of title or real estate sales experience is most ideal.
· Must bring a potential book of business to call on.
· Accountability with strong territory management skills
· Experience meeting sales quotas in highly competitive markets.
· Must be willing and able to travel regularly and work after-hours as needed.
