I.T. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
Les Olson Company would like to add to our team of enthusiastic IT engineers. We are looking for individuals who love networking, computing and are driven to advance their careers within the company by continually growing their technical skillset.
As Customer Service Team Member, you will support Les Olson Company's clients and their technology needs. Les Olson Company provides services and supports several different industries. As a member of the team you will gain valuable experience working with each different client and their unique infrastructure.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with clients to assist with a variety of inquiries and issues
- Provide advice and technical support to various users/clients regarding their unique technology
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening while adjusting support approach to accommodate all levels of customer experience
- Handle and carefully respond to all client inquiries by building excellent rapport & confidence, identifying their needs, and taking strategic action in a timely manner.
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and demonstrating advanced product knowledge
- Use software to source and input customer data accurately as related to the inquiry
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- We are looking for a career-minded individual who enjoys working in customer service position.
- Superior communication skills in working with technical and non-technical people and the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relations among all levels of an organization
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and to operate with changing priorities
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Gather and analyze information skillfully; Work well in group problem solving situations
- Excellent follow through to see tasks through completion
- Self-starter with the ability to perform independently with little or no supervision
- Must be driven to continually improve your technical skills
EXPECTATIONS
- Maintain a professional appearance
- M-F 8-5, with occasional extended hours and on-call support
- Pass random drug tests
- Pass a background check before an offer of employment is made
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to work in the United States
