Who We’re Looking For:
We need a Level 2 MSP Technician who: ✅ Is passionate about technology and enjoys learning new tools and trends. ✅ Has experience troubleshooting complex IT issues across various environments. ✅ Can explain technical concepts clearly—both verbally and in writing—to non-technical users. ✅ Enjoys working directly with clients and providing top-notch customer service. ✅ Can balance multiple tasks, think critically, and find creative solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Providing Level 2 support for desktops, servers, networks, and cloud environments. 🔹 Diagnosing and resolving escalated IT issues quickly and efficiently. 🔹 Communicating with clients in a way that’s both professional and easy to understand. 🔹 Assisting with onboarding, migrations, and deployments. 🔹 Documenting solutions and contributing to knowledge base articles. 🔹 Staying up to date with industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
What You Need to Succeed:
✔ 2+ years of experience in an MSP or similar IT support role. ✔ Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, and cybersecurity best practices. ✔ Experience with remote monitoring & management (RMM) and professional services automation (PSA) tools. ✔ Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. ✔ Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) are a plus!
