    WHAT YOU’LL DO 

    • Test and ensure QA for responsive websites, marketing email, and other digital experiences
    •  Plan, manage, maintain, coordinate and execute the test scripts for a site redesign
    • Implement test plans within current guidelines by analyzing project requirement documents
    • Review project documentation for all assigned projects to ensure that the project requirements are clearly defined
    • Execute scripts across different test environments for consistency
    • Execute test cases manually based on business requirements
    • Apply appropriate technologies to meet the short and long-term goals of the QA team
    • Work with requirements teams to define test cases and maintain traceability
    • Report defects and escalate issues as needed
    • Work closely with Engineering team to reproduce and debug issues
    • Demonstrate ownership and accountability through self-directed task management
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience with quality assurance
    • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
    • Recent experience testing responsive web experiences
    • Familiarity with cross-browser testing and operating system testing, including mobile devices
    • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Requirements analysis and test cases creation with thorough coverage
    • Proficiency in manual test execution
    • Expert-level proficiency in defect management and reporting
    • Experience with the following tools: Jenkins, JIRA, Charles Proxy
    • Some understanding of Jenkins, GIT
    • Familiarity with macOS including working in the UNIX terminal
    • Familiarity with web design software (e.g., Photoshop and Sketch) is a plus
    • Familiarity or knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Quick Test Professional (QTP), WinRunner, Selenium) or frameworks is a plus
    • Superior communication, organization, and time management skills are a must
    • Motivated team player, with very strong analytical, diagnostic and debugging skills
    • Constantly seeks ways to improve processes for increased agility and quality
