Job Description

The Lead Network Engineer will be responsible to provide subject matter expertise on the engineering, implementation and operational support of the corporate network.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Lead, participate and collaborate with cross functional teams from architecture, other engineering groups, security, infrastructure, and vendors
• Define, document and communicate network standards and processes
• Mentor junior IT teammates and partners
• Lead and drive all network designs to meet operational support requirements
• Tiered support for critical escalations

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience managing complex network environment using Cisco technologies
• Network tools and automation
• Experience managing multiple network technologies: Switching, Routing, Meraki, Nexus, ASA
• Experience managing complex network environment: DMVPN, Firewalls (CheckPoint, Cisco ASA, and Palo Alto), Cloud and SD-WAN

BONUS REQUIREMENTS

• Cisco certifications preferred.
• Experience with Extreme Networks is a plus
