ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Perform unloading, loading , moving and setting up home furnishings in our customers’ homes.
• As a truck driver you will also drive the truck and be responsible for complying with all applicable DOT and Levin Furniture regulations.
• Practice safe handling of the delivery equipment and furniture at all times to avoid damages.
• Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Complete documentation neatly and accurately.

Required Skills

SKILLS, ABILITIES & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills.
• Basic reading and comprehension skills.
• Basic numeric reasoning skills.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull and lift cartons weighing approximately 50-100+lbs repetitively.

REQUIREMENTS

• Maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Obtain and maintain a DOT physical card
• Must be able and willing to fill in for driver as needed

WORK SCHEDULE:

Tuesday through Saturday;  6:00am until assigned deliveries are complete.
