Office Associate - Part Time

Levin Furniture is looking for Office Associates to assist our customers both on the phone, and in-person at the counter.
In addition to providing excellent customer service, our Office Associates ensure productive and accurate processing of sales orders, maintenance of records, and processes information such as cash balances, deliveries, account balances and more in compliance with our corporate guidelines.
Levin Office Associates need to make sure that their work is accurate, and need to identify and correct any discrepancies should they arise. The office team also supports the sales and store staff, as well as completes other tasks, as needed.
Purpose:
Performs clerical support in order to ensure productive and accurate processing of customer transactions, maintenance of accounts receivable records, and support for sales and store associates. Essential Duties & Responsibilities;
