SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Commercial Division - NYC territories (all 5 boroughs). Liberty Moving and Storage is a family owned and operated relocation company that has experienced continual growth since our founding in 1939. We are the largest agent for United Van-Lines in the tristate area. Our standards are high, which makes us one of the largest and highest recommended companies in the business. Our growing business is in need of a SALES REPRESENTIVE to increase commercial clientele base NYC territories (all 5 boroughs). The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The Sales Representative will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue. If you have prior experience as an inside or outside Salesperson and a desire to expand your career, we are eager to hear from you. Responsibilities include but not limited to: · Generate 'KPM' sales reports each week and submit to General Manager. · Set and Track S.M.A.R.T. goals that target and align with company objectives. · Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospective leads with focus on converting customers-to-clients. · Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence in NYC territories (all 5 boroughs). · Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and potential clients. · Update client information in the company contact database; and obtain Referrals. · Communicate weekly with SM or GM about existing accounts and potential growth. · Communicate monthly with SM or GM about customer-client storage cycle billing. · Focus on industry trends to identify potential opportunities for exponential growth. Skills and Requirements: · 3+ years sales experience in related field. · Must be willing to travel up to 50 % of the time to meet with clients/customers. · Strong computer skills and understanding of CRM software. · Self-motivated and comfortable working with autonomy. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
