JOB DESCRIPTION OF AN EMPLOYEE BENEFIT SPECIALIST:

• Maintain knowledge of new products

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Benefits Specialist use our lead management system to meet with business owners and key decision makers to discuss life and supplemental health benefits for their employees. Our programs are unique to the industry and are a "win-win" opportunity for the community we serve.

Average first year income for a Benefit Specialist/Account Representative with our company is $35,000 to $75,000 commission plus bonuses per year. Management roles can earn $50,000 to $100,000 or more. There is also opportunity for growth in owning your own agency. Accounts that you manage are your clients and can yield rewarding relationships - both professional and financial. In addition to great initial income, you are paid residual income for the lifetime of our programs, with 100% lifetime vesting after 10 years of service. This is one of the best retirement programs in the industry.
