Job Description

We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. 

We operate 2 different shifts. Day Crew operates 9am-5:30pm, while Night Crew operates 6pm-2:30am. Pay starts out at $15 per hour for day crew and $16 per hour for night crew.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Prepare reports on account status Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills
