    Job Description

    Salary: Liberty Software is a healthcare technology company that develops software for retail pharmacies across the country. Our pharmacy management platform helps pharmacies increase profit, improve patient care, and enhance patient safety. 

    We are seeking someone with a passion for helping others succeed and a heart for service to join our team as EDUCATION & TRAINING CONSULTANT. This person will report to and work closely with the Director of Education, assisting with the ongoing education program offerings for our internal and external clients.

    Liberty Software takes great pride in its client relations and support and expects all team members, including the Education & Training Consultant, to not only to have the necessary technical skills, but great interpersonal and communication skills as well. THIS POSITION IS EXPECTED TO PERFORM WORK PRIMARILY IN-PERSON AT OUR SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS OFFICE.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Train and educate pharmacy clients extensively on different aspects of Liberty Software modules
    • Serve as Lessonly superuser, including overseeing user administration, troubleshooting access issues, correcting errors, and responding to user questions
    • Create and update curated content in Lessonly and Zendesk related to operation and use of current software products
    • Write knowledge base articles, creating images and step-by-step directions on a variety of topics
    • Assist in webinar organization, hosting, and participant engagement and follow-up, including attendance reports
    • Review, store, and organize Zendesk search strings to optimize content creation
    • Update Zendesk Knowledge Base tags using search strings to improve access
    • Assist the Director of Education with administrative tasks such as reviewing and responding to Zendesk community posts, video editing, etc.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communication, or related field, and two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Exceptional knowledge of Liberty Software’s products, including RXQ and BZQ
    • Knowledge of learning management and ticketing systems, with specific experience using Lessonly and Zendesk preferred
    • Experience using Excel, Word, Zoom
    • Knowledge of modern technologies, software, and learning tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the abilities to build trust quickly, teach others, and relate to individuals at all professional levels
    • Ability to create engaging content and generate attention-grabbing ideas
