Meridian University is seeking an individual experienced in academic writing, library science, and/or academic publications to work with our Scholarship Team.
Classification: Full Time
Base Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:15pm Pacific Time
Location: On site at Meridian University's Bay Area Center in Petaluma, CA

Work with students and faculty to address library-related needs.
Catalog and manage the University's library books.
Create and manage the storage and recall of offside library books.
Coordinate appointments for onsite library use.
Coordinate dissertation and thesis reviews.
Proof-read dissertations and perform format and style reviews.
Manage and ensure the ongoing success of processes related to writing and library services.
Provide administrative support to the Scholarship Team.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Library Science or relevant field.
Library management experience.
Administrative experience.
Academic writing experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A sense of initiative and exceptional diligence.
Interest in working on site.
