    Job Description

    The role requires experience with software licensing / license management and evaluating software deployments for licensing compliance.

    In this position you will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for understanding license and support agreements, analyzing license entitlements and software deployments, to confirm compliance with IFS terms of use.

    • Broad understanding of cloud and on-premise licensing concepts and understanding of legal concepts and requirements associated with software licensing agreements

    Successful candidates will have a bias toward analysis, enjoy finding patterns from different sources, making confident analytics-driven decisions, and engaging our customers to discover and document compliance issues.

    In this role you will be part of a team that review and analyse customer deployments to develop licensing positions. You will act as a key point of contact for our clients during the deployment review and verification stage. You will be confident in front of clients, with an ability to communicate with varying stakeholders(technical , business operations) , providing clear and concise narratives with ease.

    You will work closely with the license management leaders to strategize on tasks required to review / verify a deployment and execute those tasks assigned.

    Key responsibilities

    • Queuing / Processing of customer license declarations
    • Evaluating license declarations for compliance issues
    • Verifying deployment data with customer
    • Correlating deployment data other data sources to support findings
    • Clear and concise summarization of findings in a timely and efficient manner
    • Contributing to methodology and delivery quality improvement projects

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Essential

    • 2+ years working within the Licensing industry/technology sector
    • Experience with MS Office and complex Excel data management
    • Experience with top tier software vendor (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, IBM) deployments but experience with other vendors will also be considered
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Good commercial acumen
    • Comfort engaging with internal/external stakeholders

    Desirable

    • Strong background in contract law and license interpretation
    • Complex data analysis skills to evaluate customer supplied and external data
    • SAM process and maturity assessment experience is a plus
    • Strong administrative and/or technology background is a plus
    • CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is a plus

    Other

    • Education Qualification is required. Bachelor Degree or higher in Comp Sc , IT , Business, any engineering degree OR graduate in any discipline
    • 2+ years experience is in the specific area / core skill and Overall Experience in the SW/IT industry
    • Work hours will require regularly scheduled meetings with IFS global teams in either USA, UK/ Europe or APJ/MENU
    • Candidate can work from regional offices or work from home
