    Job Description

    As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee all aspects of the nursing home's operations, from finances and facility management to regulatory compliance and resident care. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, organizational skills, and compassion to effectively manage staff, meet state and federal regulations, and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. You will serve as the bridge between the nursing home staff, medical professionals, residents, and their families, ensuring a harmonious and efficient environment.

    Qualifications

    • Supervise and manage all departments within the nursing home
    • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
    • Oversee the financial operations, including budgeting and accounting
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures
    • Hire, train, and evaluate staff members
    • Coordinate medical and health services in collaboration with healthcare providers
    • Ensure high quality of care and life for residents
    • Handle resident admissions, assessments, and discharges
    • Foster a positive and safe environment for residents and staff
    • Manage maintenance and upkeep of the facility
    • Address and resolve complaints from residents and their families
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation
    • Provide leadership and guidance during emergency situations
    • Organize staff meetings and training sessions
    • Promote community outreach and marketing initiatives
