Dedham Acupuncture would love to speak with you if you are currently licensed, or are getting licensed this year (2024), or are getting licensed early next year (2025) in MA.

We are looking for our next acupuncture super star! We work as a team and are in need of another member(s) to help with our busy schedule. Ideal candidates would be a Licensed Acupuncturist (currently or in 2025) who would join our staff to be an Acupuncture Associate

Our mission at Dedham Acupuncture is to “lift up” our clients on their path to health through acupuncture treatment and coaching. Not only do we do this for our clients, but also for our team members at Dedham Acupuncture. As such, our ideal candidate would:

• Want to work in a team setting as an acupuncturist at DA once licensed

• Be highly motivated and customer service oriented

• Be high energy and easily coachable

• Eager to learn and open to being trained in client care

• Fundamentally committed to the ideal of “lifting up” our clients and team members

• Available to work at least 3 shifts (afternoon, evening or Saturday, a plus!) and expects to see at least 30 clients

Dedham Acupuncture is an industry leader in the Metrowest Boston area. We cater to the Metrowest area professional who is seeking acupuncture for pain management, women's health and fertility treatment.

Our clinic has high standards with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), cleanliness, and patient care - we don't settle for mediocre! We actively train the right candidate in our SOPS so that they can start building their client portfolio right away and are moving along the path to paying off their student loans, making a good living wage and building wealth through investments.

Our clinic also prides itself on our ethos of working together as a team. We fundamentally believe in “lifting up” our patients as well as our colleagues. When you work at Dedham Acupuncture, all of the support systems and trainings are in place to help you, the practitioner, to succeed. The lifeblood of our office are our monthly staff meetings,our monthly acupuncture roundtables, our annual retreat, and our holiday party. Every person on staff is a team player. We have 9 employees (4 admin staff and 5 acus) that work together very well. We work hard to cultivate an office that is efficient and supportive.
