Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetics, laser treatments, and medical-grade skincare. This role requires expertise in providing high-quality treatments while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of aesthetic services, including facials, chemical peels, and medical-grade skincare treatments.

Administer laser treatments, including IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), in accordance with safety standards and clinic protocols.

Conduct patient consultations to recommend appropriate treatments.

Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

Educate patients on skincare regimens and post-treatment care.

Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations, as well as Magnolia Dermatology policies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.

Collaborate with dermatologists, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

Licensed Aesthetician in the state of Texas.

3+ years of experience in aesthetics and laser treatments.

Senior Laser Technician or Laser Professional certification preferred.

Laser Safety Officer certification is a plus.

Prior experience in a medical or dermatology environment is highly preferred.

Proficiency in IPL treatments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional demeanor with a commitment to patient care and satisfaction.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a medical team.
