    Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) – IRTS Program Location: Lakeville, MN Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

    Gateway Health Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to join our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) team in Lakeville, MN. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recovery, mental health, and providing trauma-informed care in a residential treatment setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Facilitate individual and group substance use counseling sessions.

    Conduct client intakes, assessments, and develop person-centered treatment plans.

    Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with 245I statue requirements.

    Collaborate with the IRTS treatment team to ensure continuity of care.

    Participate in clinical meetings and staff consultations.

    Qualifications:

    Active and unrestricted LADC license in Minnesota required (ADC-Ts with supervision considered).

    Experience working in residential mental health or co-occurring treatment programs preferred.

    Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

    A commitment to helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life.
